For the past 32 years, Rebuilders of Madison has successfully offered individuals of Southern Wisconsin the nationally renowned Rebuilding divorce and personal growth seminar programs developed by Dr. Bruce Fisher of Boulder, Colorado. This is the original Rebuilding program founded by Linda Pettersen and Dan Feaster.

Join Rebuilders of Madison with Helen Feaster (A.A.S.) and Sue Gruen (MSSW, LCSW) in one of the successful 10-week Rebuilding seminar programs as they lead the program designed to help individuals with adjustment to divorce and love relationship break ups. The Rebuilding Seminar features extensive leadership experience, and is well known throughout Southern Wisconsin with over 32 years of experience.

The Rebuilders seminar program is characterized as educational, and one of group support as participants pass through the 10-session program. Participant healing and adjustment are scientifically measured by Dr. Fisher's divorce adjustment evaluations both at the beginning and end of the program examining self esteem, grief, anger, entanglement, trust and ready-to-be single factors. The Rebuilding program is unique and has been found to effectively hasten adjustment periods.

The program unfolds with Opening Night taking place at the Samaritan Counseling Center, followed by weekly seminar meetings, one night per week for 3 hours at the Samaritan Counseling Center.  Seminars are open to both men and women of all ages and class members ''graduate'' at the end of the program, becoming Rebuilders of Madison.  The 10 session seminar cost is $275 (excluding cost of the text and workbook), with a $25 early-bird registration discount available as well as access to payment plan arrangements.

Remarkably, since 1981, Rebuilders of Madison has graduated over 5000 participants. In addition, many participants develop new and lasting friendships during the program and after graduation.  Upon graduation, Graduates - new and old, enjoy and continue to enjoy the strong Rebuilders of Madison social network.

Taught by Professional Educators and a Licensed Professional Counselor, the Samaritan Counseling Center of Southern WI will host the opening night of the next Rebuilding Seminar which includes a FREE 90 minute introductory lecture about the program.

Walk-ins are welcome to attend opening night.
